Please be aware that there is an additional charge for weekend visits as they are considered urgent care visits. This does not apply to calling the on-call provider.
Don't wait until August to get Kindergarten and other school forms filled out. The appointment schedule fills quickly, especially during the summer months. If forms are dropped off at the office, please allow providers 5 business days to complete and return forms.
In the interest of seeing your child in a timely manner, please call for a same-day appointment prior to arriving.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
MyChart is a great way to see your child's height, weight, medications AND keep in touch with your child's provider. Through the MyChart portal, you are able to send non-emergent questions to the provider. The provider will either reply to your message or give you a call. Adolescents (12 years and up) can now sign up for MyChart.
Did you know that if the office is closed, there is a provider on call? We do not use a nursing call service. Simply call the main office number and you will be given a prompt to leave your phone number. The provider on call will return your page as soon as they are able. If you haven't received a call within 30 minutes, please call back. Provider numbers will show up on caller id as "private number" or "Piedmont Pediatrics". Piedmont Pediatrics' goal is to be there for your children and minimize Emergency Room visits.
