Dr Ramgoolam grew up in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean and from a young age knew he wanted to do medicine and work with children. He attended Medical School at The University of the West Indies in Mona, Jamaica and then went on to complete his Pediatric Residency training in Brooklyn, New York. Post residency he attended Tulane/LSU pediatric infectious Diseases Fellowship Program before going out into Pediatric Practice. He spent seven years in the Mississippi Delta taking care of the underserved population in that area before moving to Greensboro and joining Piedmont Pediatrics in 2012. His wife Anu is a registered dietitian and he has two children-both boys. He is happy to take care of your kids and help with their medical well-being as they go through each and every milestone over the years.
Lynn Klett is a nationally certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University. She started working as a certified Pediatric Nurse at Niswonger Children’s Hospital in Johnson City, Tn. After moving to Greensboro, she continued her education where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Duke University. She worked at Moses Cone Hospital on the pediatric medical/surgical unit prior to joining the Piedmont Pediatric family.
Here at Piedmont Pediatrics, Lynn provides care for both well and sick/urgent visits. She has a wide range of interests including: spending time with her family, running, reading, playing in the sun, gardening, and cooking/baking.
Scott Agbuya, DO, started down the road of becoming a pediatrician at an early age with a love of science. His interest in science combined with a strong desire to help others led to his career as a physician.
Dr. Agbuya believes in treating the whole patient and not just focusing on a few symptoms. His holistic approach helps him establish a close and trusting relationship with each patient. Emphasizing health and wellness through proper diet and exercise, he partners with patients and their families to lead healthy lives.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Agbuya enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, fishing, grilling and antiquing.
